FIRST HONPA HONGWANJI MISSION OF HAWAII JOINT CONFERENCE
We are excited to announce the First Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii Joint Conference. Here is the schedule and registration form. This was also sent to the temple ministers and presidents through email.
- Ala Moana Hotel; September 1- 3, 2018
- This is the BWA Conference, the Lay Convention, the Ministers’ Spouses’ meeting, the Jr. YBA meeting, and the Dharma Educators’ Conference all rolled into one.
- Temples are urged to select their lay representatives early so that they can register for the conference and reserve a room.
- All Hongwanji members are welcome to register and attend the conference, even if they are not attending one of the meetings. There will be a broad range of Dharma-centered workshops in which they can participate.
Participants should make their own room reservations at the Ala Moana hotel. Instructions are on page 1 of the Registration form. Please reserve hotel rooms by February 24, 2018. After that date, we cannot guarantee discounted room rates.
You can print the Registration form double-sided. Members can keep the first page. They can send the second page, along with a check made out to “Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii” to:

We appreciate early registration to aid us in planning, so an early registration fee of $260 is available until January 20, 2018. The late registration fee is $280 and should be submitted by July 20, 2018. After that, registration is accepted on a space available basis.
