Rev. Gene Sekiya

About Rev. Gene Sekiya

Born and attended school in California. Graduated from California State University, Fresno. Moved to Japan in 1989 after graduation to work on JET Program. Began working at Hongwanji International Department and also completed Main Course (Honka) at Chuo Bukkyo Gakuin in Kyoto. Resident priest of Zennoji Temple. Rev. Sekiya spoke and gave his lectures at various occasions at Honpa Hongwanji organization such as State Ministers’ seminar, YESS Camp.
