The Hawaii Association of International Buddhists (HAIB) welcome you to the annual Dharmachakra Harvest Moon Festival to be held at the new downtown temple of Fo Guang Shan (corner of Alakea and Queen Streets) on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 4-8 pm.  This festival commemorates the first turning of the Wheel of Dharma by Shakyamuni Buddha.

Included in the day’s event will be a religious service with speaker Dr. George Tanabe, a vegetarian buffet dinner ($10 donation) and a cultural entertainment program.  (BSC Shakuhachi group, Hawaii Betsuin Choir, Chinese and Japanese Dances, Martial Arts Demonstrations).

HAIB is an association of individual Buddhists belonging to the various denominations of Buddhism.  Everyone is welcome.
