Hawaii State Lay Association
63rd Annual Convention

Friday, September 18 – 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 19 – 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Host Site: Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin

The Hawaii State Lay Association includes representatives from Hongwanji Hawaii’s five districts. The HSLA board puts on a convention annually to promote relationships and sharing among our various sanghas and to provide learning opportunities on topics of interest to our 30+ temples. The HSLA also provides occasional Zoom workshops between annual conventions.

The primary location used will be the Annex Temple. On Saturday, there will also be opening and closing services in the Hondo.

Attendance is for registered delegates and observers and guest speakers.
