Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii’s Choralfest 2014 will be held at the Hawaii Betsuin on September 27-28. The guest conductor will be Nola Nahulu, a recent Living Treasure Award recipient.

If you’ve enjoyed the music of Choralfest, participating as a singer in the “Massed Choir” will be an unforgettably uplifting experience! The massed choir is open to all singers from temples in Hawaii.

The deadline to register as a singer is April 1, 2014. Registration fee is $30.00. Participants should plan to practice the songs to be presented. Please call the Betsuin office at 536-7044 to leave your name and phone number and a member of the choir will call you. Music and a CD for practice will be available for registrants.
