About Microwavabowls
Just pop the noodle bowls in the microwave for 4 minutes and you have a hot, healthy, and delicious single serving of nabe (hot pot). Nabeya Maido was created in 2013 by Kevin Suehiro, a local boy who was inspired by Japanese cuisine abroad. “Maido” is a Kansai dialect that was slang for “Hi, Bye & Thank You,” similar to “Aloha.”
Order Redeemable Tickets or Refrigerated Bowls
You can order tickets to redeem for bowls at Nabeya Maido or refrigerated bowls. In both cases:
Place your order by Wednesday, May 6.
Pickup your tickets or bowls on Saturday, May 18 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, at Hawaii Betsuin (parking entrance at 1742 Lusitana St.) After the 18th, you may pick up tickets at the temple business office.
Refrigerated Bowls
Ramen noodles in Nabeya Maido’s most popular house Shoyu broth. Cooked to perfection using shoyu, garlic, & chili pepper. Spice level is mild and non-adjustable. Ingredients include vegetables such as Won Bok, Broccoli, Pumpkin, Mushroom, Bok Choy, and Tofu, Tsukune (flavored chicken balls), and Arabiki sausage.

Tickets
One ticket is redeemable for ONE regular MicrowavaBowl. Choices include Ramen or Udon noodles. Nabeya Maido’s shoyu broth, or spicy broth. Ingredients similar to Refrigerated Bowl.
Redeem your ticket by July 18, 2024 at Nabeya Maido shop, 2239 South King St. Deadline to redeem is firm.
