About Microwavabowls
Just pop the noodle bowls in the microwave for 4 minutes and you have a hot, healthy, and delicious single serving of nabe (hot pot). Nabeya Maido was created in 2013 by Kevin Suehiro, a local boy who was inspired by Japanese cuisine abroad. “Maido” is a Kansai dialect that was slang for “Hi, Bye & Thank You,” similar to “Aloha.”
