Hawaii Betsuin is pleased to once again offer the opportunity to memorialize your loved ones with one or more traditional paper lanterns to be displayed in the Hondo (main temple) during the Bon season. Ribbons with your loved ones’ names are attached to the lantern.

Lantern orders received by Friday, June 19th will be displayed by the Bon Major Service on Sunday, July 5th. You are welcome to order any time through August 2. All lanterns will be displayed through August 16 along the sides of the Hondo interior.
